After you wake up talk to yourself these statements like, "Today is going to be a great day", "I feel positive in every cell of my body", "Living happily is my natural state of being. Many sources of negativity stem from a negative memory if you live in the past or the magnified imagination of a future event if you think about the future. Stay in the present moment, leave the past. One of the best ways to develop a positive mindset is to live in the exact moment means forget about five minutes ago and five minutes from now. Focus on this one, here and now. When you do this, you will be able to make the best use of the opportunities that are available and help you to adjust your relationships and grow them.
